Née à Londres et ayant grandi entre l'Équateur et le Chili au sein d'une famille d'origine européenne, Michelle Lerqué est passionnée par l'esthétique, la cuisine, le tennis et la musique.

Dès son plus jeune âge, la passion pour l'art brûlait en elle.

Elle a suivi des études en beaux-arts, design d'intérieur, photographie et joaillerie contemporaine, cherchant constamment de nouvelles formes d'expression pour révéler l'univers intime que nous portons tous en nous.

Le sentiment constant d'être une immigrante a profondément influencé sa décision de faire de la photographie sa compagne inébranlable. À travers l'objectif de son appareil photo, Michelle a immortalisé des lieux, des liens affectifs et des moments mémorables. Cette passion l'a séduite, la guidant à voir le monde sous un angle unique, à apprécier chaque détail et à capturer des instants qui transcendent le temps.

Son parcours s'est transformé en un voyage de découverte artistique et personnelle, où chaque image capturée reflète non seulement ce qu'elle voit, mais aussi ce qu'elle ressent. Chaque coin exploré et chaque visage rencontré se tissent dans son travail, racontant une histoire qui va au-delà des mots. Son objectif est que, à travers ses images, les autres puissent ressentir cette connexion émotionnelle et contempler le monde à travers ses yeux.

I was born in London and grew up between Ecuador and Chile, within a family of European origin, passionate about aesthetics, cooking, tennis, and music.

From a young age, the passion for art burned within me.

I pursued studies in fine arts, interior design, photography, and jewelry-making, in a constant quest for new forms of expression that would allow me to reveal the intimate universe we all carry within.

The constant feeling of being an immigrant left a deep mark on me, influencing my choice to make photography my unwavering companion. Through the lens of my camera, I could immortalize places, emotional connections, and memorable moments.

This passion seduced me, guiding me to see the world from a unique perspective, to appreciate every detail, and to capture moments that transcend time.

Thus, my journey transformed into an exploration of both art and personal discovery, where each captured image reflects not only what I see but also what I feel. Every corner I've explored and every face I've encountered weave into my work, telling a story that goes beyond words. My goal is that through my images, others can feel this emotional connection and contemplate the world through my eyes.

Mes œuvres sont le résultat d'un lien intime avec le processus de réparation, où les traces sont entrelacées avec les expériences et les cicatrices avec la beauté.Je me sens profondément captivé par les espaces communs que nous partageons, les êtres humains, et les empreintes que nous portons.

Appartenir à tout le monde et nulle part.

Tomber amoureux de nos peurs et de l'identité que nous portons.

Nous reconnecter à la nature et à notre nature.

Apprivoiser ce vide et donner du sens au non-sens.

Par cette alchimie créative, je capture ces traces à travers les matières, les vestiges et les sensations dans une œuvre tangible presque capable de toucher le ciel et de retourner dans l'univers.
